When I first got the CM2000 I noticed when I turned the pitch down the wire would occasionally rub against the housing and the camera would shake for a second. It now appears that the sensor wire has become lose and so the gimbal will turn on and work for a second but if you change the pitch too much or bump the wire it stars moving like crazy and needs to be turned off. I have not pulled the sensor off but as far I can see it looks fine.

What our my options? Can I send it back? I have had this thing a month and not taken that many flights. I could try to repair it myself although not sure I can do that.

Thanks!
