How do I delete an image of a video camera and the video camera settings which are displayed on my Lilliput 664 monitor. They are in the upper left corner and on the left side of the monitor overlaying battery and distance info from the iOSD.

What camera are you using? If it's a gopro, you'll need to turn off the OSD in the gopro settings. If it's a different camera, there will probably be something similar in the camera's functions you need to disable.
