Been trying to figure out a cheap case to use for my Phantom 3 - not looking for a hardcore travel case, but one for quick day trips that can deal with removable prop guards,Gimbal crash guard and a tablet. Got this one on Ebay but stupidly didn't realize it was NOT for the Phantom 3. The good news is that I was able to easily modify it for the Phantom 3.

The foam is real easy to cut and after an hour of mods, I have room for at least 2 batteries (one in the unit and an extra one), props, prop guards, tablet, etc....there is room for the charger, and other accessories, but I don't need any of that stuff with me for my uses.....quick and dirty, and I wont lose sleep ever about it since it was so cheap.
