Hello folks,

I am a Phantom newbie and possibly my question is simple, but I'll ask it:

I am connecting the camera to my iMac through the Micro-USB port. The computer recognizes it as a device, but apparently doesn't charge the battery, as the red LED remains lit for hours.
Manual just says: " Use Micro-USB port and Micro-USB cable for charging" but doesn't say where and how

Is this the correct way to charge?
Is there any other way?
Is there a way to check the battery charge level?

Thanks and regards

Use a usb cell phone charger, works better than computer usb ports.

Always charge from the wall...it is not charging when plugged into a computer due to it being a mounted volume.
