I am curious what you guys do or did (if your retired) for a living, career or income?

I am the founder and CEO of a nonprofit organization that teaches people coming from jail, prison, or drugs how to be a successful adult. We assimilate them into society, help them grow into a career, and recommend community services as need. It is very rewarding.

I'm in Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical field. It's sort of a second career for me. I spent over 25 years designing and operating biotech factories, and got pulled to the dark side of QA. I've got three degrees from MIT, including a doctorate in engineering.

I say find a job where your never regretting going to work. I love everything I do from day to day, week to week, month to month, and year to year. Fundraising can be difficult but I really don't mind it either.
