Greetings, came across a great deal on a used HDMI board for my P3P.
My controller and P3P were previously updated to the latest current version of firmware P3P 1.9.6, Controller 1.6
Apparently, the board came from an Inspire controller. (if that makes a difference or has any bearing to this problem)

After installation I could not get the controller to be recognized by DJIgo on my Android tablet. When I switched to my iPad Mini, I was greeted to the normal app screen along with the following advisory:
The current remote controller not Support DJI Go Firmware Update (sic)
Download Firmware v1.3.2 by using a USB at http://dji.com/product/inspire-1/download

I ended up downloading firmware v1.3.2 from the Phantom 3 download page. I have loaded a micro-usb with this older version and the controller has yet to act upon it being there and doesn't appear that it wants to load the firmware.

When I check the app version, I am told the app is v2.9.1, controller version unknown and Flight Controller Serial Number N/A

What do you experts recommend?

Thanks,
Rob
