Can't Snap or Upload Pics from my P3P

Having trouble snapping (although it "Feels" like I'm snapping pics), but after landing and checking the Library for pics, it says I must "connect to the aircraft" to download pics. I'm struggling with learning what to do here. I have updated the firmware on the drone. Having trouble with updating the remote. Is this the issue? I'm ready to snap pics and export them, etc. Just running into a major stumbling block here. Thanks in advance.......

The simplest way to download pics is to remove the SD card and put it into your computer or laptop and transfer the files.

Thank You. I will try that. I was just surprised the pics did not show up in my DJI GO App Library like Video does.
