Can't log into DJI at initial startup

I purchased a P4P+ yesterday from B&H. Encountered an issue that won't let me get past the initial log-in page on the controller. It stops no the Sign in page where I put in my password. It says it is logging in but never moves past the login screen. Called tech support at B&H. After trying several "fixes" they offered to replace the unit. Has anybody found a way past this issue?

If you are referring to aircraft activation, then do not use the plus (+) sign
