Can't connect to controller Help

I just got my phantom, and begin installing updates (3.16) and now I can not connect my controller to my phantom.
flashing orange rapidly

Make sure you have PPM selected for radio type, not D Bus.
Also, you look at this forum, viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2319, I just posted instructions there.

What kind of transmitter do you have? If Devo 10, the fixed ID is off.
