Cant connect my USB

Hi guys! I have big problem what i cant figure trying to fix this 2weeks, so i hope this forum will helps me, because im pretty offline with this...


So my phantom upgraded with zenmuse gimbal doesnt wants to connect with my PC, Lights doesnt show that he connect with PC, just doing the same like nothing connected.

Also i was trying this in couple of pc`s not only on mine, same thing! :/
Also trying to replace usb wire, same nothing...




Any options?
Meybe how to restore everything in phantom/how?

Sounds like you've somehow disconnected or damaged the usb cable inside the phantom.

I'd double check that everything is still connected internally.

BTW. AFIK you can't do a firmware update if USB isn't working as USB is the only way to update, i.e I don't think it supports update my SD memory card etc.

I'd also try disconnecting your zenmuse, in case thats stopping the USB from working, due to some miss-connections.
