cant activate

im new to the drone world i have a phantom 3 standard and when i go to activate it it gets to acquiring activation info and thats it

Did you get it yet, I think you need to disconcert your mobile device from the Phantom. Connect to your WiFi that has internet to register.
Then reconnect the mobile to the Phantom.
