Cannot see pictures

Hi guys I am sure it's something simple but I cannot get pictures from my drone. I can get videos but not pictures.... I have tried to connect it to iPad and iPhone but no pics... I can fly ok and take pics/videos but cannot get at the still pictures. Any ideas?

Hi sawyer, I had no replies so what i did was remove the sd card from the drone, put it in my laptop and copied all the pictures (they were all there). Then I put the card back in the drone and formatted it. It now works as normal...... don't know what the problem was but it's fixed....
