Cannot Connect to new Bird

I crash my P3 and ordered a new Body Which comes pretty much complete. I got everything together and cant seem to maker the bird talk to the RC. Any ideas? I am using an ipad air.

rebind the controller.

I tried the re-link the rc and it times out

I got it relinked. Had to relink and push the relink button on the aircraft which I didn't know it had. Thanks everyone on here for the help
