Can I use my ALFA 7dbi directional antenna?

So I have an RP-SMA 7dbi Alfa antenna and i know it doesnt fit.

I'm pretty sure they have a male to male adapter (i think male to male.. i get confused with these things)

That being said, is it possible to use this as my left antenna on my blackpearl with the right antenna being the fatshark?

If I can:
A: Would it improve FPV range?
B: Do I have to configure my blackpearl to any specific setting?

Nope, that one is 2.4GHz, for wifi. Good thinking though, and there are patch antenna options for 5.8GHz.

It might work on your control signal though, I have a 2.4GHz 7db patch like that for my controller that I haven't gotten around to testing yet.

I was just reading up on it and figured out the answer. Was going to delete this thread, but you already replied lol
Yeah, it would be good for my controller and I have the parts to modify it. But it's not needed as I'm not going to do such long distance flights.... yet lol
