Camera won't activate

Hello! I have a problem that I can't solve. I use an ios phone; all the firmware is up to date. The camera displays the scene properly on the phone, and I can move the gimbal, but it won't let me take a picture. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

What card is plugged in the cam slot? What setup do you have on the cam?
