Camera stabilizer for camera with a filter lens?

Does anyone have recommendations for a camera stabilizer that will fit the cameras with the lens filter? I've seen many of the "printed" ones for sale, but it doesn't look like they will fit a camera with a filter.I go down some pretty rough roads and don't like that I don't have a stabilizer on my camera when I'm driving.
