Camera Settings(?) on P4

I have had no luck in disabling the camera on my month old P 4, to stop it from taking pictures at 10" intervals. I can not switch to video settings either.
Looks like a total reset to me? Any of you experts got an idea. I appreciate whatever help you can give

Are you trying to enter the video settings with the P4 turned off ?

No....I have GO open and screen view of camera image and can open menu (or set anything else), but it just sits there and takes very interesting pictures of my table top every 10 seconds..... Can the whole system be reset..and I just start with Factory settings? Thanks

I'm a member on multiple forums and Iv'e never heard of that problem before. Factory reset go for it !
