Camera plug?

Anybody know what this plug is for on the back of the p4 camera? It has a plug covering it but you can take off the back and remove the plastic plug gaining access to the wiring plug. It looks like the type of plug that would go to a video transmitter which would be great if it is cause then you would have 2 different ways to transmit video. I really hope that's what it is cause that would be awesome. You throw a 500mw transmitter on there and video will never be an issue. You just have to have a 5.8 or 2.4 ghz receiver but those are cheap.

It's either for diagnostics or some kind of secret memory bank that stores or maybe it goes to the little black box ...... no it looks more like a power plant or an ariel photograph of a prison maybe a fancy building .....you just never know these days
