Camera microSD USB Access not Working

I've recently replaced the camera/gimbal with a new DJI unit. Everything works great except I can't get to the microSD card to download video via the USB port on the Phantom. The Vision app can access the card, record video, format the card, etc and I can use the PT2 app on my Mac to access the controller etc so I know the microSD card is good and the USB port on the Phantom is good and the USB port/cable on my Mac are good. I've reseated the three connectors from the Phantom to the camera/gimbal with no change in behavior.

Any ideas?

You keep saying USB port on the phantom. So not sure if that is what you really mean or not, but one uses the USB port on the gimbal, not the phantom.
