Camera jerking from the side P4

After a encounter with a tree my camera has started jerking real hard to the side. I just got it not long ago and not really sure where to start with this problem. Can any one give me an idea?

Same issue after a knock. I spoke to DJI and the only remedy is sending it back for repairs.
