Camera and Gimbal malfunction while flying

I have has this happen on occasions while flying my Phantom 4. The Gimbal just stops working causing the camera to just flop loosely. I hit return to home then carefully guide in in for a landing. I then turn off the Phantom and restart it and it fine. From what I can see everything is connected properly.

Is anyone having this same problem or know a way to fix it?

Ah the limp gimble...I think most p4 flyers have experience this me included,,unsure what causes it but unless it do every flight I say it be ok,,,yes looks like free fall on device screen,,same to me after I restart it was normal
