DJI sells just the drone, but it's not a great deal. You can find them on their website here:

Right. If you're looking to save money, buy a full kit and sell the accessories you don't need. They should be pretty easy to unload on places like eBay if you discount them by a few bucks.

You are still lucky in the US. In Germany it says the drone even comes without camera
