Broken arm and wire.

Hi. Smashed my 2 week old P3 Standard into trees and the complete camera arm was detached including the wires. I have been told that I need to buy complete new camera & gimbal part at $A 700. Can this be repaired with new arm and wire parts only ??? Camera probably OK.
