Brand new Phantom 4 with 2 ESC Errors

Just received a brand new Phantom 4 today. Just opened the factory sealed box, charged the batteries and got 2 ESC Errors. It just sits and beeps with 2 of the LED's solid red

Did I get a lemon?

If restarting your Phantom does not resolve this issue, then it would be best to get a replacement.

Yes I tried at least 6 restarts and got the same result. I searched Youtube and found this fairly recent video depicting the exact thing I am experiencing.

I was worried I was doing something wrong.

I am requesting replacement from the dealer tomorrow. I hope I do not have to wait long for a replacement.
