In case you don't sell it quickly, I would charge it up until the 3rd LED starts to blink. It's looking a bit low for storage right now...around 50% is ideal.

Sometimes they sit around on the seller's shelf forever though, so they will run low. I bought one at Target that was completely dead and was therefore no good. I should have known better. The box was factory sealed, but it looked like it had been through WW3 (dented/torn/dusty). Anyways, I agree, I would charge it up a little. 10-15 minutes ought to do it.
