Brand New FC40 - No power to props??

Please can someone help as I've just received my new FC40...went through the set up, compass calibration, however the remote controller doesn't activate the props. The power lights is on, the LED's on the FC40 tell me the remote is talking to the FC but the sticks don't seem to be working.

Please can anyone help???

Have you read the manual and done the correct procedure CSC to start the props? ( left stick to bottom right corner right stick to bottom left corner at the same time)

Hi Madwak.....just tried that and the props turn..once release back to the same issue. Think I need to download the manual and study it!

There are a few stick positions to start the FC-40. You can do both to the bottom left, or the bottom right, or the top right or top left. I don't know if straight up or down would work, never tried that.
I prefer both to the lower left. 8)
