Bound new remote but no response

Hi i have bound new remote but no response on the ac lights flash yellow light near reset button blinks red + green remote light is green any ideas please thank you

Is remote's firmware matching AC fw? Something like 1.5 for old and 1.8+ for newer. What fw your AC has?

if you don't have a manual there's bound to be a utube clip on this.....I'm sure you have to open Dji app and go to rc linking ....

Yellow lights is still waiting to link....reset button will stay solid green once been pressed after pressing rc linking...it should beep till u press it and hold in for a second....
