Two questions that maybe should be separate:

Is there a charger for the batteries that has a shorter charging time? I would think one has to start with a higher voltage and just taper it back quicker. Maybe there is an issue with how much power that battery can handle in a period of time.

The second question asks if there is a kit to boost the transmission signal from the RC controller? So far my range is acceptable, but I'd like to know if there are any options to increase the power output.

There is no battery charger with a shorter charge time. This battery charger is able to charge multiple batteries simultaneously.

There are other multi-battery chargers. But, none of them charge simultaneously.

I don't think so. Try the antennas. The distance it adds is most likely going to surpass your battery time.
