I just received my new hearing aids. They connect to my iphone via bluetooth and definitely interfere with control connection to the p2v+

Just so you know - turn off bluetooth..

They are called MFI (Made for iPhone) hearing aids. Mine were by GN Resound. Their Linx model. I have returned them due to major flaws in Apple's bluetooth for hearing aids protocol.

The control connection for a Vision Plus is via 5.8Ghz. The camera connection is via 2.4Ghz wifi. Bluetooth uses frequency hopping, so it shouldn't give much interference on 2.4Ghz, and none at 5.8Ghz.
But perhaps if a product is just spewing out lots of RF noise, it can interfere anyway.
