Black Frame in Video

In the following video, there's a black frame. I've had this happen in another recent video, but my other videos don't have them. I don't think I'm doing anything different between my videos.

P3P is recording 2.7K and I export to H.264 using Final Cut Pro. Again, I've done this on other videos, but they don't have a black frame.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Errrr, do you mean the black frame around the video?

Yes...sorry. The black frame around the video. It's like the infamous black bars on the screen when watching non-hd content on an HD screen, but in my case it's black bars on the sides and on the top and bottom of screen.
