Anyone done some good research on the best place to take 12v power from "under the hood" of the P2?

I am looking to pull 12v to power a couple accessories, and don't want to add additional weight of another batter pack.

Thanks. Appreciate your help!

The best place from inside the Phantom is from the solder points where the battery lead meets the mainboard. In reality, for low-draw applications, you can also tap any of the solder points on the motherboard where the ESC leads are (labeled VCC+ and GND).

My battery DC buss is labeled "V" & "G" at the PCB contacts.

Bear in mind, battery voltage is not regulated.

The voltage will vary from ~12.6 to ~10.8 or so under normal/typical operation.

You're right, my memory of the labeling was faulty!

I did dig up an image I annotated a while ago when this question last came up, hopefully it gives the OP a good idea where they can draw 3S power:

I noticed Even the dc voltage that goes to power the camera is completely unregulated as for volts and amperage to.
