I'd suggest you to buy a aluminum tool case with the dimensions of 450x320x210mm and put EVA foam in it if it doesn't have already. That's the most customisable choice and what I'll be doing this weekend. And believe me you'd save lots of money this way.

Just an example: http://www.newark.com/duratool/22-8125/ ... P=KNC-GPLA

Just look for a waterproof case. There are many options in tool cases. And just like @kjopc said do your own calculations for dimensions before buying a case. I rather to carry my phantom props removed.

Goprocases have two specially designed for the P2VPlus one is for. Just the props on and the other is for the prop guards mounted.
They both have wheels I have pictures of them both in an email that they sent me. They are taking orders to ship the first week of July. You can buy the quick disconnect for the guards then you don't need a cases that is big enough to carry the phantom with the guards mounted. Also you don't need to carry it with the props mounted as they go on/off in 3 secs with NO TOOLS.

She is with sales with Goprocases in San Diego
She sent me a photo of both cases

Thanks all for the Help! after all this post i have plenty of options!
i also found this brand if anyone is interested, but you'll have to take the extra foam and customize it by your self. http://seahorse.net/index.php?route=product/productall

Its like pelican cases, but cheaper.

Absolutely awesome and a perfect custom fit for the Vision+. It will get it's first real test when I take the whole unit to Spain on holiday in a few weeks. Just hope the aircrew treat it reasonably well.

Can you post a link to the case for the P2V+ with installed guards? I couldn't find it on their site. I just see the one for an earlier Phantom with guards.

I sent an email message to them but no answer.

I have this one too. Absolutely love it! Just under carry-on size too, well for BA at least. Will also be taking mine to Spain later in the year, up in the mountains. I wanted a case where the arms of the phantom actually sit down into the foam, its perfect.

Do you know the brand and model of the case to see if i can find it in united states!
thanks

I have a GPC backpack for transporting around by car and backpacking. Its nice and it may fit on a plane overhead. I don't think I'd trust it not to get compressed if thrown in with other bags so for serious travel where I may check my drone with the luggage I'd use the pelican iM2450
Storm cases are solid.

And very important, whenever transporting install the gimbal lock and lens cover!

My mistake was buying a case before deciding to install propeller guards.

If you don't want to remove the guards (a fiddle), you'll need a case that is over 20" X 20".

Guys don't buy a case that fits the installed prop guards, it's WAY too big. There are snap on adapters to remove them quickly.
