Beeps from aircraft

This may seem a really silly question so apologies but it's niggling at me.

I had a P3A for a while and now have a P3P. When I turned the P3A on I'm sure it used to beep with two short beeps constantly. The P3P does the two short beeps once when it's booting up then is silent.

Is that all normal?

@Koopah silence after the initial beeps is normal.

The first loud sounds you hear, are the esc's communicating with the motors.
The softer B-B, Yes, it also checks for updates right off. ;-)

Thanks. I wonder why my P3A used to do the two soft beeps continuously in that case.. As it was my first phantom I assumed it was normal!
