I just updated the firmware. I checked and got success confirmation. Now when I turn on the copter, it makes a loud steady squawking.

what does the light on the front of the gimbal do? is is solid red, solid green, blinking?
I had a similar situation on my P3 standard. I had to download/install/reboot all over again (another 30+ mins) while the innoying beeps continued. The beeps slow down and eventually stops when done. Hang in there buddy, I know the pain!!
