battery problem

hello

i have a problem with phantom 2 battery
when i put the battery in the aircraft and try to turn it on
the battery green leds start as unseal but then the red led on the and the aircraft doesn't turn on
battery stays on and that it the battery stock in that position
for about 5 minute it Does not matter what you press
the phantom is ok with another battery

Have you looked at the battery status in the assistant software? Start there if you haven't done so already.

I cant turn on the aircaraft so i cant connect
