Battery Not Powering Up?

Tried to do a search but says battery is too common of a word and will ignore the word.
My Phantom is having battery issues. When I turn on a battery, it shuts back down. Try and try and finally will work, or change to spare and works first time. This is a 2 month old battery and charged. Think it has done same on both batteries at some point, but not positive. No message as invalid battery, bust doesn't power up Phantom. Gets power meter on battery button push, but second press of button, does not start power up on Vision.

Wrote to DJI, but no response yet.

Dirty or poor contacts? Have a look in one of the threads below (can't remember as I type this response) but Geert definitely mentions cleaning the contacts on his every 10 flights.
