(P3A) I set my TIME TO DISCHARGE on my battery for 2 days.
The last time I flew was 1/14. I would think that it would start to discharge on 1/16, then be discharged down to 30% on about 1/21.

Today I checked and it was still at 65%.... Am I misunderstanding something?

Per the DJI battery guidelines, the battery will auto discharge to 65%. It sounds like all is working as designed. 30% is the lowest level you want your battery to reach in storage. It's not the ideal storage level though.

Oh... I thought to preserve the life of your battery, it should be storage discharged to like 30%... I guess that's not true then?

So according to DJI, 30-50% is what I should be dropping it to if I'm manually dishcharging for storage then... I guess 40% would be the ideal charge then correct?

The above guide says it's best to store the battery between 30-50%. And, the auto discharge function discharges the battery to 65%. So, anywhere between 30-65% is okay -- according to DJI.
