need to know what to set the battery limit before red light starts to flash running the stock fc40 battery ,what should it also be for both low limits to high limit hope this make sense I have the nasam software I checked its around 11.5 for low battery before it tells me should it be lower what do you guys recommend sorry trying to explain without being stupid thank you

LiPos don't like going below 3.3v/cell under load.
Some may say that's too low and stay above 3.5-3.6v/cell giving them more margin of error before causing damage
The P2s have a pack voltage cut-off at 10.65 (3.55v/cell)
This is right down the middle and is safe and won't shorten flight times too much.
