Battery has extremely short life

I noticed that my battery on my Phantom 2 Vision only lasts about 3-4 minutes of flight time, and it doesn't take too long to charge. This comes after I left my battery plugged into the charger for about a week, fully charged (after charging). Did I unknowingly ruin my battery and do I need to buy a new one? Is my charger broken? I have attached some screenshots of battery readings from the Phantom software. Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure but I would try and drain it down fully to 8%, and then charge it up again as per DJI instructions

The only issue with that is it takes a very short amount of time to charge. I've noticed the battery charging entirely within a period of 10 minutes.

As arizeda points out, the only chance of saving the battery it to do a deep discharge and it probably won't work but it's worth a try. Otherwise, I'd retire the battery. Good luck.
