Battery firmware will not upgrade

I am on the most current FW on my P3P. I have 3 batteries. One of the 3 batteries will not update. I even formatted the SD, put the newly downloaded bin file back on. Ran the the process...still will not update. What am I missing or doing wrong?

djigo could be lying to ya, uninstall and reinstall to see if it fixes it.

Tried that. No change.

I just deep cycled the battery. Will recharge and see. I have my doubts.

Do you use Windows or Mac? A forum member had a problem with his Mac then used a PC to download the bin file and it worked for him.

Btw, is the actual unzipped bin file in the SD card's root folder?

I had issues on my Mac as well ended up using a old pc I keep around for those reasons lol
