Battery failure

I have problems with the battery level accuracy on my Phantom 2 Vision. The three last times I have been flying, the level has decreased from right under 50% to 6% within 1-2 mins. I have no time to land the Phantom before it lands by itself. Anyone else experiencing these problems? The Phantom and battery is quite new and I have only flown for 5-10 times. 50% battery level should at least indicate 5-10 minutes of flying time?

Mine did the same type of thing within 3 days of flying it. I was up for 5 minutes when the level 1 battery indicator kicked in and started to bring it down when it went into stage 2 and began decent which was only 40 above my head. When it got to 6' the power was zero and then bam to the ground, Bent my Gimbal and damaged my Gopro. Calling DJI first thing in the morning.
