    Hi,

    I am using original DJI batteries for my P4. On take of today, one of the batteries came up with a "battery error", and on the DJI go app its showing as 0% in all the cells and 0v output. The middle 2 LEDs are flashing green and i cannot switch the battery off. The phantom flies fine with other batteries. I have tried connecting it to the charger but this does not resolve the problem. I am trying the discharge the battery by leaving it in the drone, while on at the moment, but is there anything else i can do?

    Have you done any firmware updates to the RC or aircraft? if so the batteries also need a update.

    I'd toss that battery in the trash quicker than a blink of the eye. Not worth the risk no matter if you resolve the issue.

    I know it hurts, but, if the error is not a software update, I agree with Jwarren, better safe than to loose the drone for a faulty battery....

    If it's less than 6 months old, contact DJI support and see if they will replace it.
