Battery doesn't charge

Hi everybody! I bought some weeks ago a set of PH4 batteries through Amazon (authorized dealer). One of them doesn't charge. I used dji battery dock in charging and storage mode but nothing happens.
I can't send this battery to change because I'm living in Argentina and it take so much money like a new batt.
Any help?

Contact DJI support. They should replace it since it's under warranty.

Hi. If it's new out of the box, but when you plug it into the charger the lights don't come on (but lights in other batteries do in same slot), then the battery is a dud. Sorry to say, but you'll need to return it as faulty.
