I was flying this morning and after a few minutes, this battery gave me a "damaged battery warning" so I immediately brought the craft back and swapped it out. I didn't get any warning with the other battery.

As you can see, the battery hasn't been used much. This photo was taken at 78%. Does the voltage make sense for 78%? The first cell is also much lower than the others but I'm not sure if its enough to be concerned.

I have the craft idling to see if anything happens but so far so good.

Got this from my flight info...

Go for deep discharge cycle and check if it recovers

Could you elaborate?
I think he means, run the battery your having trouble with down to 8%, then let it cool down and then charge it. That's deep cycle. Hope that helps..

I'll give it a shot. thanks guys.

Take it down to 4%, cool it down and charge back to 100%

4-8% won't matter all that much, as long as it's 10% or lower...

I have not noticed a difference with my 4 packs.
Other than all being at 100% life.
