Battery charging Weirdness

Was about to go fly and wanted to "top off" my batteries, as it had been a couple of days since I fully charged them. First one (which came with P2) had 4 LEDs , and after I turned on and plugged in I got the charging indicator (lights flashing ) like normal charge for about 15 minutes, then lights went out....ok, good..topped off. On the 2nd battery, (which I got from Amazon, but shows as OEM and seems to work fine ) even after plugging into charger, the four LEDs just stay on solid as if it's not being topped off.
Why the discrepancy, and is this something I should be concerned about?

I don't know the Amazon clone batteries. They just might indicate 100% charge that way.
But if you hook it up to the Assistant software. Do you see any strange values in the battery cell voltages?
