Battery Charge Blues

Hey All.. Phantom 2 vision + V3... One of my batteries doesn't want to take a charge when plugged in to charger.. under 10 charges on this one.. It will power the bird & charge level button works too.. it is a OEM DJI battery.. Anything I can check ? Bird is not flown often, I'm getting it ready to give to brother in law..
Perfect bird but one troublesome batt..
Percentage of life= 99% Discharge Times =4

If the battery is already at least 75%, turn the battery on before charging.
