Baseflight not saving changes on naze32

Sooo, I know this is the wrong forum, but having problems with my zmr250 build. Baseflight will not save my changes made to my naze board. It freezes up when I exit the cli or type save, and then none of my changes were saved. This means I can't switch to ppm mode, which is making me rather distraught. Can anyone help?
