Was out flying the P2V today, when I yaw the quad drifts off to one side, then makes it way back to Its original position, I reckon it's the imu needjng calibration, what say you guys ?

You need to make a calibration table that levelled with the horizon in all axis. You can use a spirit bubble to assist in making it levelled.
Once levelled, you can do an IMU calibration. This will fix the gyro. To test if working, see if it can yaw in one spot without drifting.
And make sure the Phantom is cool when do the IMU.
