While flying his drone in a state park, a police manned helicopter enters the scene and attempts to crash the drone.
Not caring one bit about the onlookers. Or the fact he could do serious injury to himself in the process.

It seems it's a national not state park. The last I heard flying in state parks is still legal under 400ft not near airports.
Anyone feel free to correct me on that.

right now it's not legal to take off or land in a national park. Theoretically you could take from private/non-NP land, fly over a NP, then get back out of NP "airspace" to land and it would be a legal flight... but not if you take off or land from NP land.
