Back left L.E.D goes out V 3.0

So after ordering a replacement and getting a 2.0 and then ordering ANOTHER one it came in today. Small problem:

When I fire up and warm up back/aft left L.E.D works. When I hit the throttle and take off it goes off and doesn't come back on until I reset the battery.

Any ideas? Really don't want to send back ANOTHER phantom. If I open the case will it void the warranty?

What other info would you be looking for? Left rear L.E.D goes out when I take off. Doesn't come back on until I power cycle. I'm so agitated about this. :/

Hunch and I think it's the ESC on that motor.

It also revs up and tips over when I kill the engines after landing.

How are you killing the motors? You should be holding down on the left stick until the motors shut off. Never press and hold both sticks down and to the center (CSC).
